For NajdiExperta.sk, we developed a web platform that connects individuals seeking professionals with qualified experts in their vicinity. The platform allows for quick searches, profile browsing, and direct service booking without unnecessary intermediaries. We handled complete development for the project, from UX design through frontend and backend to the profile management system, subscription, and expert database.

The vision was to create a platform that simplifies how people search for experts in the Slovak market. No more calling ten companies or asking friends for recommendations. One website where you enter what you need and where you are located, and you receive a list of verified professionals with ratings and contact information. The platform was meant to serve both the customer looking for a plumber and the expert wanting to gain new clients reliably.

Service search platforms often fail in one of two ways: either the search is inaccurate and returns irrelevant results, or the registration and profile management for experts are so complicated that they abandon the platform. We addressed both issues. We built the search on a combination of localization, profession, and ratings to ensure that customers receive relevant results on the first attempt. For experts, we designed a registration and management system where they can create and manage their profiles without unnecessary complexity, including subscription management and showcasing their services.

The platform was designed with a single goal: users must find the right expert as quickly as possible. This influenced every decision in the development process. The search is built on localization and profession filters, ensuring that results are relevant from the first query. On the backend, we developed a system for managing expert profiles, including registration, editing, subscription, and verification. The entire platform is optimized for performance, as it processes large amounts of data and must respond instantly.

Customers need to quickly find a reliable expert without having to call ten companies or rely on friends' recommendations. They want to see ratings, compare offers, and contact professionals directly. Experts, in turn, need a steady stream of new orders and a professional presentation of their services. The platform brings these two needs together in one place, where demand and supply meet without unnecessary barriers.

The biggest challenge was to design a platform that serves two completely different user groups simultaneously. The customer needs simple searching and quick results. The expert requires a clear profile, subscription management, and tools for communicating with clients. Both parties must have an intuitive experience; otherwise, the platform will fail. Technically, it was challenging to ensure fast response times during searches across a large database of profiles while keeping the entire platform clear and fast.

The platform is designed so that both parties can achieve their goals with minimal effort. The customer inputs what they need, sees a list of experts in their area with ratings and contact information, and can order services immediately. The expert creates a profile, sets their availability, and starts receiving orders. The interface is clean and intuitive for all age groups, as it is used by both a twenty-something looking for a photographer and a retiree searching for an electrician. No one should feel lost.
