For Pneugrup, we designed and developed an e-shop that transformed a local tire service into the world of online sales. Initially, the company only offered tire changing and replacement services. Gradually, it expanded into e-commerce, where we acted as its technological partner during this transition. The result is a comprehensive online store for tires, where customers can conveniently choose, order, and have their tires installed at a professional service center.

The vision was to transform a local tire service into a fully-fledged online store capable of competing with larger players in the tire market. The e-shop needed to be fast, clear, and simple even for customers who are purchasing tires online for the first time. At the same time, it had to simplify the client's day-to-day operations, from product management to order handling and customer communication.
(PROBLÉM)
E-shops with a large product catalog often suffer from slow loading times, unclear filtering, and inconsistent product displays. In the case of tires, it is even more challenging, as customers filter by dimensions, season, brand, and vehicle type. The problem was designing a filtering system that can handle thousands of products while remaining fast and user-friendly, even for users unsure of the exact specifications of their tires.

We adapted the visual identity and brand from the client’s original website and made minor enhancements to better suit the e-shop context. After the design approval, we proceeded to complete implementation. We built the e-shop with a focus on a clear product catalog, integration with payment gateways, order management, and inventory control. A key aspect was resolving the import of products from multiple suppliers so that they appeared correctly on the site with accurate specifications and in real-time.
(POTREBY UŽÍVATEĽA)
The customers of the Pneugrup e-shop need three things: to find the right tire for their car, compare options, and order it with minimal effort. Experienced drivers want to quickly filter by exact dimensions. Less experienced customers need guidance directly within the purchasing process. For both, we designed a journey that leads them to the right product, whether they know exactly what they're looking for or need assistance with their choice. Fast loading even with thousands of products and mobile display are standard.
(VÝZVY)
The biggest challenge was importing a large volume of products from various suppliers. Each supplier provides data in a different format, with varying parameter structures and update frequencies. These data needed to be unified, correctly mapped to categories, and displayed on the website so that customers saw a consistent and coherent listing regardless of the product's origin. Additionally, we addressed standard e-shop challenges, including linking payments with orders and setting up inventory control.
(USER CENTRIC)
The entire e-shop is designed for customers to find the right tire as quickly as possible. Most people are not exactly sure which tire size they need. Therefore, we designed a purchasing process that guides customers step-by-step through the selection. Clear filters, straightforward product cards with key specifications, and a smooth checkout process. From selecting tires to completing the order with minimal clicks.
