For Pneugrup, we created a presentation website that professionally showcases the tire service's offerings and builds trust even before the customer steps into the establishment. The site serves as the primary contact point for clients seeking tire changes, replacements, and additional service offerings. In addition to the presentation site, we also developed a separate online shop for tires, providing the client with comprehensive online presence.
(VÍZIA)
The vision was to create a website that transforms a local tire service into a professional brand in the online space. The site was intended to appear trustworthy and modern, eliminating any doubts about the quality of services even before the first visit. At the same time, it needed to be simple enough for the client to manage and keep updated independently.
(PROBLÉM)
Local auto repair shops and tire services often face the same issue. They tend to look outdated, are not optimized for mobile, and lack the information customers are genuinely searching for. Price lists are missing or outdated, opening hours are difficult to find, and contact forms do not function. Our goal was to create the opposite: a website where customers can understand what Pneugrup offers, where it's located, and how to book an appointment within three seconds.

(NÁŠ POSTUP)
We adapted the visual identity from the client's existing materials and tailored it for the web. We emphasized clear communication of service offerings, the location of the establishment, and contact information. The website was built on WordPress with Elementor, allowing the client to easily update pricing, opening hours, and news without the need for a developer. The entire site is optimized for mobile devices since most customers search for tire services while on the move.
(POTREBY UŽÍVATEĽA)
A tire service customer has a simple need: to quickly resolve their tire issues. They are looking for answers to three questions: what services do you offer, how much does it cost, and when can I come in? The website is structured precisely around these questions. A service overview with descriptions, an up-to-date price list, and an easy way to contact or book. For a customer searching for a tire service from their mobile device while driving, the site is optimized for fast loading and immediate access to the phone number and navigation.

The main challenge was to distinguish Pneugrup from dozens of other tire services that have outdated or generic websites. The presentation site must be concise and clear while containing enough information to prevent customers from having to call with questions. Finding the balance between simplicity and informational value was crucial, as was ensuring that the website functions as a genuine customer-generating tool rather than just a digital business card.
(USER CENTRIC)
The website is designed for customers who are facing a specific situation. They need to change their tires, are looking for the nearest service, or want to know the price before visiting. Navigation is straightforward, the most important information is immediately visible, and contact options are accessible from every subpage. No unnecessary sections, no scrolling through content that doesn't interest the customer.
