Profi Insurance

The vision was to connect two worlds that often contradict each other: the personal approach of a local insurance office and the speed of a digital channel. A client who wants everything solved online can manage it independently via the calculator and forms. A client who prefers personal contact can quickly find the nearest branch and contact information for an advisor. The website was meant to serve both groups without compromises, while also reducing the manual work of the team by having the calculator take over routine computations and comparisons.

We designed the website to minimize the steps from the question "How much will it cost me?" to signing the insurance policy. The entire UX flow of the calculator was built to ensure that visitors do not need to understand insurance terminology. Simple forms, clear steps, and results in the form of comparisons of offers from multiple insurers in seconds. Technically, we connected the calculator to external insurance systems and comparison tools that load current prices and insurer conditions in real time. The result is a seamless process from calculation to comparison and online closing of insurance, linked with the option to contact a personal advisor at branches in Čadca and Žilina.

The biggest challenge was the technical integration of the insurance calculator with external systems. Each insurer provides data in a different format, with varying parameters and computation logic. The calculator must process, unify, and display these data in real-time for the visitor to understand, even those without insurance experience. Additionally, the computation must be accurate, as the customer is signing a real contract based on it. Besides the technical aspects, we also addressed regulatory requirements for displaying financial products and ensuring the protection of sensitive personal data entered by clients into the calculator.
