HarborEQ is a platform specializing in the rental and sale of industrial and event equipment. The client's portfolio includes a wide catalog of devices, which required a website that could clearly present hundreds of products while effectively guiding B2B customers to the inquiry form or order. We built the entire platform on WordPress using Elementor, with a custom design in Figma and a focus on graphic elements that distinguish the website from typical catalog pages in this segment.

The goal was to create a platform that looks like a modern SaaS product, not just another corporate website with a photo of a warehouse on the homepage. HarborEQ wanted to convey professionalism and efficiency, and we translated this into every visual decision. Clean lines, space, high-quality photos of the equipment, and animated CTA elements collectively build the impression of a reliable partner.

Before the redesign, the HarborEQ website did not fulfill its function as a sales tool. Visitors were getting lost in a confusing structure, the equipment catalog lacked functional filters, and the site was missing clear calls to action. The bounce rate was high because B2B customers simply could not find what they were looking for quickly enough.

From the beginning, we knew that user flow would be key for HarborEQ. B2B customers are not looking for emotions; they are seeking specific equipment, want to know the specifications, and need a quick path to a quote. Therefore, we designed the entire website architecture as a funnel: from the hero section with equipment search, through a clear catalog with filters, to the contact form. In Figma, we prepared a minimalist layout enriched with custom icons, gradients, and parallax effects that visually elevate the page above the standard in this industry. Technically, we again chose WordPress with Elementor for easy catalog management on the client's side.

B2B clients of HarborEQ need three things: to quickly find the right equipment, verify its parameters, and easily send an inquiry or order. The website addresses each of these needs. Search and filters cover the first step, detailed product pages with specifications and photo galleries serve the second, and prominently visible contact and inquiry forms meet the third. The reference and blog section then builds trust with new visitors who are unfamiliar with the platform.

The biggest challenge was the scope. HarborEQ offers dozens of equipment categories for various industries, and each device has its own specifications, availability, and rental conditions. All this needed to be filterable, clear, and quick on the site. At the same time, we needed to ensure that the graphical demands of the site (parallax effects, animations, high-resolution photos) did not negatively impact the loading speed, as this directly influences SEO and the conversion rate.
(USER CENTRIC)
We designed the website from the perspective of a typical B2B buyer. They arrive at the site, know what they are looking for, and don’t want to waste time. Therefore, right in the hero section, they are provided with the option to search for specific equipment. If they want to browse the offerings first, the catalog with filters allows them to narrow down their selection by category, type of device, or availability. For every product, they find a specification table, a gallery of real usage, and a CTA for inquiries. Hover effects and infographics add interactivity that keeps attention without slowing down the path to conversion.
