For FeroReality, we created a presentation website for a real estate agency that facilitates the sale, purchase, and rental of properties with a focus on fair practices and transparent conditions. The website serves as the primary tool for showcasing listings, building trust, and generating inquiries from both sellers and buyers. We designed a site that professionally presents the agency's services, clearly displays property listings, and allows potential clients to easily establish contact.

The goal was to create a website that reflects the agency's values: fairness, personal approach, and professionalism. The site should not resemble yet another generic real estate website filled with stock photos. It needed to appear human and trustworthy, just as the agency approaches its clients. Additionally, the website was meant to serve as a tool that saves agents time by ensuring clients arrive at meetings already informed about services, processes, and terms of collaboration.
(PROBLÉM)
Real estate agency websites often suffer from the same issues. They appear impersonal, listings are confusing, and visitors have no reason to choose this agency over another. Information about the sales process is often lacking or too generic. Clients don’t know what to expect, how much it will cost, and why they should trust these individuals. Our goal was to create a website that answers all these questions even before the client picks up the phone. Clear process descriptions, transparent conditions, and testimonials that build trust.

In designing the website, we considered how people actually search for properties and real estate agencies online. The site needs to instantly convey trustworthiness and expertise since selling a property is a crucial decision. We created a clear catalog of properties featuring high-quality photographs and detailed descriptions, clearly structured services ranging from setting the sales strategy to marketing and legal services, and a simple contact system that minimizes barriers between website visitors and the first phone call with the agent.

Property owners need someone to take over the entire selling process for them—from setting the price and preparing the property, through professional photography and advertising on real estate portals, to showings, negotiations, contracts, and communication with the land registry. They want to know how much they will pay in commission and exactly what they will receive in return. Buyers are looking for verified listings with the assurance of a legally clean transfer and professional service throughout the transaction. The website addresses both needs, clearly communicating the scope of services, terms of collaboration, and offers a simple way to get started.

(VÝZVY)
The biggest challenge was to differentiate FeroReality in the online space, where dozens of real estate agencies offer similar services. The key was to communicate values, not just services. The website had to clearly show why this agency is different at first glance—transparent commission, personal approach, and complete service from the first contact to handing over the keys. Technically, we addressed displaying properties with high-quality images and fast loading speeds, filtering by type, location, and price, and linking to the main real estate portals.
(USER CENTRIC)
The website is designed for two types of users who have different needs but share the same demand for trust. Sellers want assurance that their property will be presented professionally and sold for the best price possible. Buyers seek a clear selection of verified properties with sufficient information to make a decision. Navigation is simple and straightforward for both groups. Listings are displayed with high-quality photographs and key parameters, services are described clearly, and contact information is accessible from every subpage.
